The B3 bomber jacket was introduced in the 1930s for flight crews working in extremely cold conditions. Its simple design used thick shearling sheepskin for warmth, with the wool left attached to the leather rather than added as a separate lining.
Our Women's B3 follows that traditional construction with a cut designed for a women's fit. The beige shearling wool runs throughout the jacket and sleeves, with the dark brown leather forming the exterior. A detachable hood adds extra coverage when needed, while the single-buckle collar and adjustable leather side straps are practical details based on the classic B3 design.
