Free & Flat Rate Shipping (USA)

• Free Standard Shipping to the Contiguous/Lower 48 States on orders over $125 USD (before taxes and shipping).
• Flat Rate Shipping: $8 USD on orders under $125.
• Express Shipping (2–5 business days) is available at checkout. Rates vary by order weight and destination.

*Shipping Exclusions:
Free shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or certain remote locations in the Contiguous/Lower 48 States. The shipping costs for these locations will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping services are currently unavailable to all PO Boxes and US outlying territories including Puerto Rico (PV) and the US Virgin Islands (USVI).
Please note: We have temporarily paused Express Shipping options to ensure accurate delivery estimates and we plan to reinstate Express services as soon as possible.

All Tariffs & Import Fees Included

All U.S. tariffs and import duties are already included in our product pricing. Sales taxes can vary by State. The total shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay. No additional fees are due upon delivery.

Order Processing

• We attempt same day shipping on orders placed before 2:00pm EST (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• If an order misses same-day processing, it will ship the following business day.
• All orders ship from our warehouse in Vancouver, Canada.

Tracking & Carriers

All orders are tracked and insured. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link and carrier details. We ship daily with FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other trusted carriers.

Special Notes

• Please include any special delivery instructions in the Order Notes section at Checkout (e.g., “leave by side door”).
• “Free Shipping” applies to outbound shipping only. Customers are responsible for return shipping and one-way shipping on exchanges.
• No cash value, and no adjustments on previous orders. Offers may expire without notice.

International Orders

For customers outside the U.S. and Canada, international shipping is available and quoted individually. Please contact us for a real-time quote. We will provide freight options and prepare a custom invoice with your preferred carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and one-way shipping of exchange items. For full details, please see our Refund & Return Policy. During the holiday season, purchases made in November and December may be returned or exchanged until January 10.

Product Guarantee

We guarantee workmanship, materials, and product satisfaction for 6 months under normal intended use. Products found to be defective may be returned for replacement or store credit within this period.
