Returns & Exchanges (USA)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for U.S. residents.
However, due to recent U.S. policy changes, we are unable to provide return labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, as well as one-way shipping on exchange items.

During the holiday season, purchases made in November and December may be returned or exchanged until January 10.

Eligibility

  • Products must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Ineligible items: Bedding (duvets and mattress overlays) are personal-use items and cannot be returned once removed from packaging. Custom-made or modified products are also final sale.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
  • It may take an additional 48 hours for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.

Return & Exchange Procedure

  • U.S. customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
  • Please ensure your parcel is shipped with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  • Returns must be clearly marked as “Canadian Goods Returning to Seller (9813)”.

Cross-Border Shipping Note

As an e-commerce store based in Canada, all U.S. returns and exchanges must be shipped in compliance with U.S. Homeland Security requirements. The shipper must declare the parcel contents and sign the declaration form. Returns must be clearly marked as: “Canadian Goods Returning to Seller (9813)”. Please avoid private courier services (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) for returns, as these may be refused. USPS (United States Postal Service) is the recommended carrier.

All Tariffs & Import Fees Included

All U.S. import tariffs, duties, and sales taxes are already included in our product pricing. The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay. No additional fees are due upon delivery.

Product Guarantee

We guarantee workmanship, materials, and product satisfaction for 6 months, assuming normal and intended use. Products found to be defective may be returned for replacement or store credit within this period.

Sheepskin is a natural product. Slight variations in colour, texture, and shape are expected and considered part of its authenticity and character.
