Our Short Wool Baby Lambskin Rugs are a pure pelt of 100% Australian origin shearling sheepskin. The wool fibers are hollow and spring-coil shaped which provides pressure distribution while allowing air flow to regulate body temperatures through all seasons; offering cool & dry comfort in the summer months while providing warm insulation through the winter. Machine washable lambskin rugs, or 'lambies', are most commonly used in cribs and cots as a sleeping pad. But these super soft lambskins are easily transportable and can also be placed in strollers, carriers, car seats, and playpens.
Each of our Baby Grade sheepskin rugs is tanned and treated chemically-free to meet European Union and OEKO-TEK® Standard 100 for the health & safety of baby products. This manufacturing does not include the use of any formaldehyde or chromium compounds. Infants should be swaddled and placed to sleep on their backs.
General Care: Regular brushing will maintain the soft, fluffy appearance. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat sources, such as blow dryers and radiators.
