    Not happy at all.

    This hat is for a 10 or 11 year old boy to play with. The leather that this hat is made out of us so thin that the top of the hat collapses in. It would be alright for a child's toy but not for a man to wear. Absolutely not happy with it. It will have to be two times thicker to hold its shape. You been to kabel this as kids toy hat. Sincerely Jimmy Clark

    Absolutely amazing customer service and just as great of product. I ordered my hat and it arrived at my door within 2 days. My fault I ordered the wrong size. Called the store and left a message. As soon as the store opened at 9am Monday morning I got a reply. Because I live in Vancouver I visited the store and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful lady. No problem exchanging for the proper size and also got a winter hat in the same style. Highly recommend this company. They have made a costumer for life
